Welcome to the Carriage House Bed & Breakfast, a romantic, relaxing retreat nestled on Michigan's famed Gold Coast.

We are located on 3 manicured acres in the quaint coastal village of Pentwater, Michigan. Enjoy a relaxing 10 minute walk to our harbor side downtown where you can shop, grab a bite to eat, and discover local artisans. Or take a 10 minute stroll to the shores of Lake Michigan and discover Mears State Park.


Our Accommodation

The newly-renovated Carriage House provides a cozy yet spacious retreat for up to four adults.
Reduced rate for two adults only using one bedroom.Please call for help with your booking.
Thoughtfully designed on one level for comfort and ease, it features two double bedrooms, modern amenities, and a welcoming living area. With private outdoor seating and a full breakfast included, it's the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Breakfast at the Carriage House

GOOD MORNING, AND BON APPETIT!
 Breakfast is included in our room rates. All of our breakfasts are homemade with farm fresh ingredients. We also can discuss flexible breakfast times or days where *no breakfast is required, due to other activities planned. (*reduced rate)

Some of our breakfast entrees include: French Toast with Triple Berry Syrup, Breakfast Enchiladas, and Bacon Cheddar Quiche. A full breakfast is provided with coffee and tea & fruit juice. Healthy options also available.

BREAKFAST...AL FRESCO! Weather permitting, we will serve our gourmet breakfast on your porch. The same delicious entrees are served, but there is something special about the morning sun and the cool breeze. Please note: We are happy to accommodate any dietary needs!
